You'll notice the smart layout right from the hall. There's plenty of room for shoes and jackets, and the laundry room is right next door. The kitchen is bright and inviting, with a stylish Smeg refrigerator, a bar table for four and a door to the terrace. Here you can grill and socialize well into the evening. The whole house exudes coziness. The interior is tasteful, the light floods in, and the social areas make it easy to socialize. Take the free ferry from Lilla Varholmen to Hönö or Öckerö, where bathing areas, fish smokehouses and small cafes await. It only takes about 20 minutes to get to central Gothenburg, in other words, Liseberg, Universeum, shopping and the city's restaurants are close at hand. Do you prefer hiking or picnicking? Then you will find the nature reserves Vinga and Tumlehed just around the corner. Amhults torg (2.3km) offers some shops, restaurants and groceries.
