Summary: The reception area is very impressive. Checking in was okay but they tried to extract payment even though I had paid before the trip to Hotels.com. From reading other reviews it would appear that several rooms have been refurbished, ours hadn’t. There were exposed wires in the bathroom and the bathroom shutters did not fully close. The room itself was generally clean and the beds comfortable. I could not understand why we weren’t allowed two card keys for the room or any reason why not. The restaurant looked impressive but I can’t comment on the quality as we ate elsewhere. It was reasonably priced for the area.
