Positive: Location and staff friendliness.

Negative: Paint on room walls peeled off at many places giving a shabby look as you enter. One of the rooms Initially allotted was small size and shabby. On insistence given a bigger and better room.

Summary: Couldn't enjoy much as our arrival was delayed due to inclement weather and had to return early .
