Summary: The Hotel was really nice. They bent over backwards to help us out. We were disappointed because the road from Munnar was closed most of the day/night, so, we couldn't go to Munnar unless we left very early in the Morning and had to be back by 5:30pm else we would not be able to come back in a reasonable time. Because of the road closure, we asked for a refund for the second night and they obliged. They were very gracious and helpful in fulfilling our requests.
