Positive: The best thing is the host. You get to have a friend for life. He takes care literally for everything, you don't need to think about anything once you enter the place. The location is so amazing right next to the stream, you wake up and sip your morning tea next to it. Visiting places are on walking distance. You get to know the local people as well.
