3 Bedroom House in Enskede Gard, Stockholm

Dear guests,
Our house is located in beatiful surroundings in Enskede Gård, close to everything.
Just 12 minutes from city and 5 minutes walk to Enskede Gård Metro station.

The house is 134 square meters on 2 floors.
On the entrance floor there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom (120 cm bed) and a bathroom with a toilet and a shower.
From the livingroom and dining area there is a nice entrance to the terrace and the garden. On the terrace there is a bbq, dining table and chairs plus a loungeset. In the garden there is a large trampoline and one more terrace.

On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms. One master bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 120 cm bed and 2 mattresses if there is a need for more beds.
Here is also a large bathroom with shower and a toilet. Laundry room and a hallway.

Free parking space.

The house is located in a lovely and quiet area. You can find two lovely bakeries/cafes just a few meters from the door and a restaurant just a few minutes away.
Several grocery stores are within walking distance. (ICA, Konsum, Lidl)
There is a large playground with a children's pool 500 meters from the house.

Easy to get to Södermalm/SoHo, Slussen, City and the beautiful and famous Archipelago for boattrips etc. It’s easy to go to the amusement park “Gröna Lund”.
You can within 10 min walk to the golf course and a tennis/badminton hall.

Heads up:
We also have two cats that are living in the house during your stay. They are really calm and friendly.
They only need food and clean water once a day and of course friendly people around them that treats them good. They go out and in by them self through a cat door/cat flap.

Summary: We have spent three days in Ann-Sofie's house, visiting Stockholm. We are a family of five, and everybody felt really comfortable there. It was perfectly clean and has everything you may need for a nice stay (you can even watch your own country television channels for the ultimate "at-home" feeling). The house is big and has plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is equipped with whatever you may need and (if you are lucky and the weather is good), having breakfast or dinner in the garden is great. It is located in a very quiet environment, at a five minutes walk to the public transport to the city center. Communication with Ann-Sofie was easy. We did not have any issues with the house, but she showed interest in checking that everything was ok and even gave us some advise about what to do in Stockholm. There are easy to follow written instructions for detail you may need in the house. We would recommend this house to everyone!!
