The Space:
JJJ’s Ranch Farm 1 by Tiny Away is located in South Kolan, just 22 minutes from Bundaberg. This pet-friendly farm stay is surrounded by goats, mango trees, and a peaceful dam, it’s a great spot for families or small groups. Two holiday homes sit side by side, perfect for enjoying a fire pit and watching friendly animals wander by.
Nearby attractions include the Bundaberg Rum Factory, Mon Repos Turtle Centre, Botanic Gardens, Alexandra Park Zoo, and Burnett Heads beach.
A cozy 139-square foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and a great bathroom setup. The bathroom includes an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and a gas-heated shower. There’s also a clothesline on the back shed wall if you want to dry pool towels or do a bit of washing.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "JJJ's Ranch Farm 2," available with 24 hours' notice, ensuring you have even more cozy holiday homes to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Both tiny homes include an iron, ironing board, washing machine, clothesline, and wash baskets.
Guests have access to the tiny home, our secure dog yard (where pets must be supervised), the backyard, play area, swimming pool with waterslide, and the undercover recreation area with table tennis, air hockey, and picnic tables.
Please note that the spa and the undercover area attached to the main house are not available for guest use. The pool and backyard are open daily from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

- Mobile reception has weak signals for Telstra and Optus; No signals for the rest
- We would like to advise guests that later check-outs will incur an additional charg
- Please recycle cans and bottles in the large tub near the green shed or the black crates at the yard entrance.

Pet Policy
- Pets are welcome in the secure dog yard (with supervision), a $15 fee per pet is payable directly to the land host, and please notify us at least 24 hours before arrival, with further pet information provided closer to your booking date.
Important note:
- BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas
- All fires are subject to land host permission, and must not be used during official fire ban restrictions
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding
