Positive: - The location is okay. - Communication with the property owner was good and fast. - Self check-in.

Negative: - You have to do the beds yourself (everything is prepared and left on the beds). It might have been good to have them already done, especially for those arriving late. - On the check-out you have to do the self-cleaning of the property, not only taking the trash, but also the beds, sweeping, etc. - The smell of the water was unbearable for my wife, as the water has the color and smell of iron. There is a note from the owner saying that they did some tests and it is okay to drink, but no evidence provided. This detail should be put in the property description, especially for those that drink tap water. - In the shower cabin we found lots of hair. - The smell in the rooms was really unpleasant - like an old not airy house. - The stove and coffee machine were dirty. - Outside of the house looks sloppy.
