The Space:
This thoughtfully designed two-storey beach house offers the ultimate family getaway footsteps from the waterfront. The main living area situated upstairs is drenched in natural light. Perfect for relaxing, it's complete with comfortable lounges, a TV and a gas fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen, featuring modern appliances, makes meal preparation a breeze, while the expansive balcony offers a BBQ and outdoor seating, ideal for sunset dinners with glimpses of the water and lapping waves. From here you can access the lush garden down a set of steps, which features a fire pit for cosy evenings under the stars and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Downstairs, a secondary living area offers a TV and a convenient kitchenette for added flexibility. There is also a workspace to set up your laptop for Zoom calls and plenty of games and activities for the whole family.
The property boasts four beautifully appointed bedrooms, with ceiling fans and split-system cooling to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. The primary bedroom is set with a king bed, ensuite and access to a second balcony. Bedrooms two and three offer queen beds, while the fourth features two singles.
