Here you live next door to the sea and the unique natural and cultural landscape Gräsö has to offer. Enjoy your holiday in this nice house on a large natural plot only 350 meters from the sea with playable garden and large social areas inside as outside. On Gräsö you can explore a lot by bike and on foot, hiking in beautiful nature reserves such as Gräsö farm where the cows graze along the shoreline. Take a boat trip to nearby archipelago islands, rent a canoe or jet ski, explore all the fantastic bathing spots and find your favourite places. Enjoy a good bite to eat at Restaurant Droppen with magical views of the shimmering sea. Gräsö blooms all year round, but during the summer months it is an extra popular destination. Welcome to this archipelago's idyll! By a short ferry ride by car from Öregrund you will come to Gräsö and this nice house. Here you stay comfortably with open plan between kitchen and living room, three different bedrooms, two toilets, a shower and a large patio with nice outdoor furniture. For those of you who have a boat, there is a boat berth about 350 meters from the house. At the ferry there is a nice grocery store Ica Sjöboden, Tourist Center and Gräsö church that is worth a visit. On Gräsö there are perfect bike paths, hiking trails and several fine sandy beaches such as Storsand and rock baths such as Kattskär overlooking Öregrund. During the summer you can enjoy a variety of water activities such as renting a canoe, jet skiing or just behold all the sailboats sailing by. On the southern part of the island you will find Idön Nature Reserve which offers an old-fashioned archipelago environment with a mix of pastures, meadows and forests. Even further south at Äspskär, a promontory where you can enjoy the sea from three different directions and take a boat trip over to Rävsten, yet another gem Gräsön has to offer! In the garden you find a new build sauna. Please contact the owner for using it. Good to know! Do you have a horse that you wish to bring? The owner has horse paddock and sleeping stables, please let us know before if so. During the period 15 November - last March, the water is turned off to the sauna, so you can get water from the cottage. Warm welcome to this paradise!
