A charming and pleasant holiday home with a fantastic location in a small and quiet cottage area with a sea view and walking distance to Ugglarp's fine beach. Enjoy the view and the sunset over the Kattegat from the small balcony on the upper floor. The swimming beach is shallow and particularly suitable for families with children. During the summer, the nearby campsite has both a restaurant and a shop. The cottage is beautifully nestled in greenery and private on a spacious plot. From the entrance by the large terrace you have a hall and a bathroom with shower. In the center and heart of the house is the large bright living room with comfortable sofas, large modern TV and a spacious dining table. There is also a warming fireplace here. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher. The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed. Upstairs there are two lovely bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds. From one bedroom there is an exit to a lovely roof terrace with an adorable view of the roaring waves of the Kattegatt. The large, leafy plot really invites family activities. A small path takes you from the grounds via the cottage area down to the swimming area. The area around Ugglarp has beautiful nature with both forests, pastures and fine cycle paths. The beaches in Ugglarp are a beautiful mix of fine long shallow sandy beaches and small rock formations. In the northern part of Långasand's beach, the Suseån flows out quietly. There is also a nature reserve here with several walking paths. Both Suseån and Kattegatt offer fine fishing. Fishing license required. In the immediate area there are several golf courses. The closest is Falkenberg's golf club. Take the opportunity to visit the small town of Slöinge. Here there is a famous home bakery and café, an ice cream factory and serving as well as the Apple Garden which has serving and a museum. In Heberg there is the well-known restaurant Laxbutiken with good food and fantastic delicacies. Falkenberg is only a short drive away. In summer, there are plenty of cozy restaurants, cafes and shopping opportunities here. There is also Skrea Strand's long swimming beach here. Halmstad's fine summer town is just to the south. Here you can find everything you could wish for in terms of entertainment, Tylösand's white beaches and several well-visited golf courses.
