Cozy cottage in scenic area. Completed September 2015. When you arrive in the area, you are greeted by a magnificent nature and fences that frame the area. Once at the house, park at the beginning of the large plot. The cottage consists of a small hall, from where you enter the rest of the cottage. Kitchen with kitchen table, chairs and kitchen sofa from where you can enjoy your morning coffee on a rainy day. Here you will find the equipment you need for a comfortable stay, such as a microwave, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle and waffle iron. Inside the kitchen you come to the bedroom with two beds. Here you will also find the bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. At the far end of the cottage is a spacious living room with a sofa bed, TV and dining table for 4 people. Large lawn and parking on the plot. The river flows by beautifully behind the house and here you have a view of water from all rooms. Small boat of 7 feet is included in the price. With the boat you can go to, for example, Töcksfors for shopping or a visit to a restaurant. There is a sauna about 500 m from the house which is shared by all residents in the area. It is free and can be booked through the cottage owner.
