The island, which is about 8 km long and 4 km wide, offers, in addition to swimming in Siljan, many different activities for both young and old. The log cabin, which was built around 1920, is located on a large plot with a lot of grass around it for outdoor games. The cabin has a well-equipped kitchen that is open to the main cabin where there is a dining area as well as two of the house's sleeping places in comfortable armchairs that are converted into comfortable beds at night. Centrally located in the cabin is a wood-burning stove that can spread cozy warmth if the evening feels a bit chilly. A separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower. You have a patio equipped with a barbecue where you can have a good end to a day that has been full of activities. For those who want to take their golf clubs with them on holiday, Sollerön can boast its own 9-hole course with Siljan stretching all around. There is a popular hiking trail around the entire island of Sollerön. If you have younger children, a trip to Tomteland will be appreciated. You have about a 15-minute drive to Tomteland, where large natural areas await where gnomes, elves and other fairytale characters live in harmony with nature.
