You have short distances by car to an incredible number of lakes, Ivösjön, Immeln (there is also an ice cream boat here in the summer). There is also an open-air swimming pool in Arkelstorp, a couple of kilometers away. Here there are several churches and castles to visit, the Ljungryda Nature Reserve. You also have Vångaberget, which is suitable for skiing but also for cycling in summer. If you want to swim on one of the finest beaches in Scania, Yngsjöstrand is ideally located, about 30 minutes by car.
