Summary: There was no hot water for two days. Bathroom fittings needs change. Fancy shower but poor performance. The Plumber was incompetent to resolve the hot water issue for two days. I had a cold shower during winter time. Idli preparation was out of world. Absolutely sub standard. The front office Manager was unapologetic for the inconvenience. Kept defending his position. Deaf and dumb and no words of apology.
