This is a fully self-catered holiday rental property.
Payments A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If full payment is not received by this time, the booking will be cancelled. Security Bond
A $500 credit card hold will be placed 1 day before check-in. This hold is released 7 days after check-out (or after the full stay for bookings longer than 7 days), provided no damage, breakage, or extra cleaning fees apply. Keys cannot be issued if the bond hold cannot be processed.
