The bedrooms and bathrooms:
Four beautifully presented bedrooms and three bathrooms comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. The luxury master bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a robe and an ensuite with a double vanity. The other three bedrooms are located on the ground floor along with two bathrooms one with a separate bath and one boasting its own outdoor deck area. Upstairs there is also a separate powder room.
Location:
In prime position, located a 5-minute walk to the marina. The Martha Cove boat ramp and the Safety Beach boat ramps are both located close by. Bring your runners and bike and follow the foreshore path all the way to Rye or walk along the boardwalk to the beach or to Martha’s Table, a brand new cafe, restaurant, grocer and cellar.
