Summary: The food was great along with the service provided by the F&B staff in the dining area. They were very caring, polite and served with lots of love & respect. The hotel was spacious to walk around. However, the rooms, the wardrobes, the facilities, toiletries etc. did not have the mark of a 5-star Taj brand. They were equivalent to a 3-star rating. The iron malfunctioned, the fan was making noise and there was no special care & attention during our stay that would leave us with a WOW factor - it was totally missing. Only the dining area staff were doing a great job equivalent of a 5-star experience !!
