Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The best thing about this place is the value for money. Good place at a good location. Every tourist spot is within reach from this place. The staff is friendly. Nihal (owner) was helpful and friendly. Because of new conduction the rooms and bathroom are clean. Rooms are normal with a small table, TV, and a bed. Nothing fancy which is justify the price of ₹2450/day.

Negative: The cleanliness is a problem with this place. While the rooms are clean itself the parking area is not. Gutka stains are there in parking and in between floors of the lift. Some rooms lack windows so ventilation in them is not good. Rooms cleaning is also an issue. They use normal broom rather than a vaccum cleaner on a carpeted floor which was of no use. Did not replaced our towels for 3 days. Drinking Water was also not included in the room rent.

Summary: Value for money place. If you are short on budget go for it.
