Positive: The resort itself is absolutely beautiful, with stunning surroundings. The staff and service were the highlight of our stay — very kind, attentive, and professional. When water started leaking from the ceiling, the team handled the situation well and offered us a room upgrade.

Negative: Unfortunately, the villa we were given (Moana) was not worth the high price. On our last night, several mice were running inside the villa walls — or possibly inside the room itself — which was very disturbing. During heavy rain, water was leaking through the ceiling in the upstairs bedroom. For a resort at this price level, these issues are unacceptable.
