Large four bedroom, three bathroom family house. Three bedrooms upstairs. The master en-suite faces east opening onto a terrace with Ocean views and spectacular sunrises. A further large bathroom services a smaller room with bed that can be configured as a single or a small double and a king sized bedroom - all with access to terraces and all with ocean views. Upstairs there is also a study area with a double desk if you need to work from home - we have NBN limitless internet.
Super family friendly, we can provide a cot on request (not a travel cot, but a proper one so baby actually gets some sleep) and there is a high chair available too.
Downstairs there is a 'guest wing' with a large king sized room and sofa bed and bathroom with roll top bath.

The open plan equipped kitchen (which has been newly painted white), with dishwasher and new fridge, leads onto a large dining table and living room with Apple TV & Google Chromecast.
There is ample outdoor space with wrap around terraces on both levels offering views to the North, east, south and west making for spectacular sunsets and whale watching.
There is a large heated swimming pool. There is also a little pool attached but it is currently out of operation.
Pets may be considered on application & ID (scan of passport or Aus Driving license) is required for all adults staying before check in.
Please note that checking out on a public holiday incurs an $80 extra fee (incl GST). No check-ins on Sunday’s.
Please be aware there are extensive road works being carried out on Del Monte Place and the wider area in Copacabana.
