It is a light-filled, older-style, fully equipped family home.
Located in a fabulous, semi-rural suburb on the edge of the river with lots of bird life.
An easy 5 minutes to Queanbeyan, 10 minutes to the airport, and 20 minutes to Canberra CBD.
Eco-friendly living practices are encouraged.
I also live on the property in a separate flat downstairs and often work in the garden.
I am always happy to make friends or leave you to it.
I've lived here for 20 years, my partner lives around the corner and my son across the road. We love it here.
