Very cozy and fresh cottage on a hilly beach property on a beautiful small lake. The property is adjacent to the road. It is an older house that has been tastefully renovated inside. Large beautiful garden with several garden groups and barbecue area down by the pier where the rowboat and canoe are located. As in all other lakes in the region, fishing licenses are required. To the nearest child-friendly bathing place in Lake Bredasjön is about 2, 5 km and there are jetties and toilets. In Holmsjö you will find a store and a pizzeria. In summer there is a cozy café on a small island in one of the small lakes. The sea at Karlskrona is 33 km away. The beautiful golf course of Emmaboda GK is located in Vissfjärda (15 km).
