House (93 sq.m) for rent in Killingeholm, a peninsula outside of Mönsterås, at the Småland coast. The house is habitable all year long.. Outside you will find a terrace on both front and back side. There is also a garden, perfect for sports and games.
Killingeholm is a private holiday park, nowadays partially inhabited by permanent residents. Nature is always present in this tranquil, green environment. The region supplies many opportunities for boat sailing, swimming or bike rides. No lack of wonderful hiking trails either, by the way. Starting your hike or bicycle ride from Killingeholm, you will find the nature reserve of Lövö after just a few kilometres. The most adequate description of this nature reserve might be “a living piece of history of the islets”. It is a real archipelago surrounding with a very well conserved village, fields, gardens, meadows, beach meadows, the sea and archipelago birds.
Kitchen: a completely equipped kitchen with hood, oven, microwave and dishwasher.
Living room: wood burning stove, sofas and television.
Bathroom: tiled bathroom with shower, toilet and heated floor.
Bedroom: sleeps 6-7 in 3 bedrooms. (We will renovate during the winter 2021/2022. This will change the number of bedrooms from 4 to 3 and increase the size of the kitchen.)
Others: washing machine.
For the children: high chair, cot, toys.
A quay also belongs to the residence. Row-boat, 2 canoes and 4 bicycles included in rent. (We have no Motor to the Boot.)
Smoking inside is not allowed, dogs are welcome.
