The holiday home Norrsjön is located in the idyllic village of Klavreström. Klavreström is situated between two large lakes, the Norrsjön and the famous lake Änghultasjön who come here from a few hundred meters near. This cottage is located directly between the two lakes, which can be reached within 250 meters. The state capital Vaxjö is about 40 km away. You can spend a relaxing but also very varied holiday here. Have fun making trips on the lakes with your own rowing boat.
The 80 square meter house is surrounded by a beautiful 1,050 sqm of land with mature trees and lots of lawn for relaxing garden hours. Enjoy the secluded edge of town. It was extensively renovated inside and outside in October 2013. Other embellishments follow in April 2014 !
It is appealing, modern and comfortably furnished. The spacious living area consists of a large living room with library and fireplace. The house has a beautiful typical Swedish kitchen with dining table. We have two bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub. The house has a spacious basement.
This area is known for its great hiking trails, bike paths and golf courses. The nearest golf course is only 800 meters away. This part of Småland is called the Kingdom of Crystal. Some remarkable manufactories are located nearby. But also " Pippi's world," Lönneberga and Bullerbü are absolutely worth a visit and can be reached in a short time. The Baltic coast with its unique archipelago and the islands of Öland and Gotland should have necessarily visited. In the hiking areas there are to explore magnificent canyons. The forest area in Klavreström is a known nature reserve with good walking trails and an impressive gorge.
