Inside is beautifully renovated with new stylish furniture. Complete with a kitchen, 2 living rooms and a dining area.
The Space:
Welcome to your holiday beach house. Styled for coastal living you will really experience what its like to enjoy the relaxing lifestyle of the Sunshine Coast.
Beautifully designed to help you unwind this property has all the comforts. Sit back and chill out with your choice of 3 living spaces. The main living room is airconditioned with a large smart TV. The second overlooks the patio and the pool. And the third is the outdoor couch under the alfresco area where you can enjoy the breeze. There is also a large dining table to enjoy entertaining outside.
One of the best outdoor features along with the pool, is the large sun lounge. Perfect to enjoy a drink or a nap anytime of the day.
We have provided 4 kayaks for you to use on the canals. It is less than a 5 min walk to the canals where you can launch the kayaks and enjoy a paddle.
Back inside there is a well appointed kitchen, and a smaller dining area.
2 front bedrooms both have air-conditioning, while the back to 2 rooms have ceiling fans.

You will have access to the entire house.

We have provided 2 Kayaks and bikes for you to enjoy during your stay.
Its is less than a 5min walk to the canals where you can get in the water it with Kayaks

- Fire pit is also provided
- Timber to get you started is provided, extra timber can be purchased at the local service station up the road
Bikes, timber and fire pit are all kept in the back garden shed that can be opened by a key provided in the lock box. The bokes also have a lock up chain you can use, code is the same provided for front door on check-in
