Travel Purpose: business

Negative: I have made reservation for the bedspace prior to a week or so . After i reached there early in the morning i called several times to the property number , knocked the door, waited for half an hour or so outside the property with my luggage. No one showed up , didnt recieve any return calls for a long time .i had an hectic travel schedule and reached there and i have exams the next day . I was all tierd and sleepy. Finally the call got connected after a very long time . but only to know later from the attender of the property that the property is going under maintance and all tenants are asked to leave the hostel that day . I was all disappointed and frustrated only because this can be mentioned while they list up the property online. But gladly i was able to find another property on time . Please dont do this sort mistakes which can be totally avoided and it is very difficult for travellers who is coming to the hostels after a very long journey or under tight schedule who is hoping for some good rest.

Summary: Disappointing . If you cannot accomodate tenants . Please inform upfront to whoever made booking.
