This listing gives you an opportunity to book both of our properties ( a studio and a house which are also separately listed on Stayz and accommodate up to 4, 9 people) together for large gatherings (up to 13 people)
Set on 2.5 acres of lush rainforest, this peaceful house and a separate studio surrounded by tropical palm trees and frangipanis. Privacy and space but only minutes to town, great cafes, amenities, beaches and bush walks. Gap Beach, Trial Bay, Big Smoky and Little Bay are just a few of the pristine beaches at your doorstep.
The main house
It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including a large spa bath. The main bedroom has a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has 2 king single beds ( which can be turned into a king bed if requested) and the third bedroom has a bunk bed with a single and a double bed. There is a sofa bed (Moran brand) in the office area to accommodate 2 more people.
Bed linens and towel sets are provided.
Both the inside and outside of the home have been painted and create a beautiful sense of light with a great use of glass providing a sense of nature all around. New aircons upstairs keep things cool on hot days and a new fire place warms the whole house with the flu running through the upstairs bathroom with double shower heads. The main bedroom features cathedral ceilings and opens to its very own balcony surrounded by large trees.
The new kitchen features Caesarstone bench tops, Smeg oven, black granite Schock sink, integrated Bosch dishwasher, large pantry, a toaster, a kettle, Expressi coffee machine and quality Blum fittings in the cabinetry. Huge panoramic windows let in beautiful northern light and rain forest feels.
The open plan living space flows through to the huge outdoor decking area, perfect for large gatherings, daybeds and hammocks or relaxing around the fire pit.
Plenty of parking and a double carport provide ample space for storage, boats and caravans.
The studio
A self contained studio with stunning polished concrete floors, modern bathroom with a huge showerhead and a bespoke vanity made from local bridge timber with a riverstone basin and an outdoor recycled timber kitchen.
It has its own private patio which has a hammock, outside shower, 2 sitting areas, look out point, outside kitchen, 2 entries.
There is a comfy queen bed and a double sofa bed to accommodate 4 people.
A travel cot, books, high chair, toys, a surf board, a body board, kids life jackets, a golf set and a skateboard can be provided if requested.
