This well-loved holiday home is only 600 metres to the sands of Rosebud Beach - don't stress about parking, walk and leave the car at safely at home.
This "Beach House"; is in the perfect location being only seconds away from dipping your toes in the crystal-clear water of Port Phillip Bay. A holiday made of memories for all of the family. Step inside to a light and bright large open plan kitchen / meals / living with polished floors, air conditioned, electric cooking, dishwasher, microwave and that all important coffee machine. The second living area is the perfect place to wind down after a day at the beach complete with TV, split system, ceiling fan and is situated at the back of the home, so you can watch the kids play outside, sit in the lovely alfresco area or veranda and enjoy the sunshine.
Two bedrooms - master with TV and ceiling fan, family bathroom, laundry with washing machine and dryer, powder room, outdoor shower, single carport, BBQ and WiFi complete this lovely home.
Wineries are abundant on the Mornington Peninsula and a short 15 minute drive up into the hills will get you to some of the finest restaurants and wineries on offer. Boating, fishing and all the beach has to offer. No need to worry about long walks or parking the car the beach is 1 minute away. Mini golf, tenpin bowling and other amusements to keep the kids occupied are all within a 5 minutes drive. Situated on the beautiful Mornington Peninsula, with everything at your doorstep - wineries, beaches, spas, tourist attractions.
Linen and towels are provided, BYO beach towels.
Guests are responsible for the cleaning of the BBQ, if it does require cleaning there will be a fifty dollar charge deducted from your credit card
