Positive: It has private parking and nice common area. The overall area is quiet.

Negative: The checkin didn’t go as planned unfortunately. No instructions for check in. Plus no one answered to the number marked at the door leaving me outside with no answer. Definitely there is room to improve the automatic check in. Especially for the end of the day.
