Positive: Nice clean room in a shared apartment with a kitchen living room and balcony. Nice swimming pool and table tennis table. Breakfast was included and very good. Staff were friendly and helpful

Negative: A lot of facilities on site and in the area were under construction and as a result there were a lot of workers around the space including in what felt like guest areas. There is nothing in the area that is walkable so you will need to drive or get a auto. No other restaurants within walking distance (but the hotel restaurant was good)
