Complementary Offerings Include:
1. Personal service to our Guests and therefore I will personally attend the Apartment to meet you on arrival and to escort you on departure.
2. Secure off street parking for one (1) vehicle free of charge however I will need to escort you on the day of arrival and departure due to the electronic security access to the underground parking entrance doors and lifts to the Apartment.
3. We endeavour to indulge guests with a complementary bottle of wine (sparkling), cold beer, bottled water, fruit juice, coffee (instant + espresso machine) tea, milk (full cream & skim long life) sugar, salt & pepper, cereals, condiments, fresh fruit and a selection of savoury snacks & sweets. If you have any specific requests please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you.
STATE OF THE ART ENTERTAINMENT + INTERNET
Smart TV's have Free to Air, Netflix and You Tube in the bedrooms plus Foxtel in the lounge room. Free Wi Fi + Laptop Computer + Free Internet Access.

The absolute beachfront apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of numerous surf beaches, a variety of restaurants, hotels, bars and tourist attractions. Some must see and do's on the Newcastle peninsula and surrounds are King Edward Park (perfect for a picnic lunch or dinner), The Bogy Hole swimming pool (carved from the rock platform by convicts), Nobbys Beach and Lighthouse, Darby Street Restaurant strip (Newcastle's Lygon Street) and the famous Honey Suckle foreshore and restaurant district.
PRIVACY AND SECURITY
CCTV monitored secure digital key access is via the front and rear of the building. The digital keys also provide access to the secure off street car park (1 car allotment for this apartment) and access to the two lifts that service the 6th floor of the building.

If you are into car racing, the Race Track for the Coates Hire Newcastle 500 passes within a few meters of the front door to the building and can be viewed in luxury and comfort of the balcony which overlooks the track OR Trackside from the Ground Floor Terrace.
TRANSFERS
If you require transfers to and from Newcastle Airport (Ncl is approx. 40 minute journey) we charge $100.00 cash return and transfers to and from Newcastle Rail Interchange (NRI is approx. 15 minute journey) we charge $50.00 cash return for your personal pickup and drop off. If you wish to avail yourself of this service, please provide your arrival and departure location and times.
