Welcome to a cozy and family-friendly villa in the beautiful bathing and fishing village of Bovallstrand. From this sunny villa centrally located in Bovallstrand's charming fishing village with its boathouse environments, it is walking distance to shops, restaurants and not least the fantastically beautiful bathing islets. In the immediate area there are also coastal paths, hiking trails such as the coastal path and Soteleden and roads with a view of the Bohuslän archipelago, the cabin is also suitable for those of you who want to experience the archipelago via kayak or canoeing or take the bus to other fishing locations and places of interest in Sotenäs or other charming coastal communities both to the north and south. The villa in a sunny location has its own little oasis, on part of the lawn at the back of the house there is a large lovely terrace area with a lounge group, hammock and barbecue, the family will have a great time here! Grill, sunbathe and enjoy good meals and pleasant conversations. Via a staircase you come up to a small furnished balcony that leads you to the entrance door. On the inside you are met by large generous areas, via a welcoming hall you reach the kitchen with stove, separate oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a kitchen island with kitchen chairs, dining area with dining room furniture and exit to the back patio area, a large living room with comfortable sofa group , reading armchairs, TV-screen and a wood-burning stove. From the hall, a staircase leads up to the upper floor with three bedrooms, two with a double bed, one with a cot and one with two single beds, a bathroom with a combined bathtub/shower and a small balcony. From the hall, a staircase also leads down to the villa's basement floor, where the villa's fourth bedroom with two single beds is located, here you will also find a WC, a room with a shower and a combined laundry/boiler room with washing machine and dryer. The villa has WiFi connection. Bovallstrand is a nice old fishing village and with its location right by the sea, salt bathing becomes a given activity and here are also the famous bathing islets which are one of Bohuslän's finest bathing spots suitable for both swimming and fishing. In the buildings, much has been preserved from when shipping, fishing and stone-cutting flourished, which gave Bovallstrand its fine atmosphere. In the immediate area there are more pleasant and well-visited archipelago communities such as Smögen and Hunnebostrand, there is also a zoo called Nordens Ark where you can meet around 80 of the world's endangered animals. The beautiful nature and the opportunity to meet animals such as wolves, snow leopards or to come face to face with the world's largest feline, the Amur tiger, make the zoo a very popular excursion destination. In nearby Gerlesborg, there is an art school and a collective workshop where you can both see various exhibitions and attend various training courses. If the weather turns cloudy or you feel the need for a workout in a gym environment, there is Tumlaren, Sotenäs municipality's swimming and wellness facility located in the coastal community of Väjern.
