With spectacular views of endless blue skies, rolling seas, Ven and Denmark, you can do nothing but just enjoy. You have no more than 20m down to the water. A private area with lawn next to the beach. The beach below is as close to private as you can get. For those who prioritize location, views, sea and social space, this is an unbeatable accommodation! Downstairs you have sea views from almost every window. A very airy living room with fireplace with a kitchen next door where you also have a washer and dryer. The kitchen has every conceivable comfort and here you can happily cook a good breakfast or dinner. The downstairs room accommodates the entire party and there is also room to retreat. On the lower level you have a bedroom where there is a double bed (140cm). There is also a toilet next door. You have two stairs in the house that lead you up to each a wing, both upstairs deliver an incredible view. Imagine yourself waking up to the waves of the sea. In one wing you have a double bed (180cm) and a bathroom next door with washbasin, toilet, shower. In the other wing recently renovated (2022) you also have a double bed (180cm) and two wonderful armchairs where you can enjoy the view. The bathroom next door has a shower, washbasin, toilet and a Sauna for 2-3 people. At the back of the house you have a grown-up, almost secluded garden to hang out, play and just be. As a icing on the cake, you have a large conservatory that extends the evenings and saves you if the rain should look ahead. The front is often used to drink something good, stand by the grill but above all just enjoy the view! There are partly personal elements in the house and private spaces that must be respected. If you feel that you want something beyond all this on your holiday, you can easily get to Landskrona to take the boat over to the cozy island of Hven where you can cycle around and eat well. You are also very close to Helsingborg and here you can visit Sofieros Castle and Kärnan. If you want to take a trip with the ferry, it also goes from here directly to cozy Elsinore in Denmark. If you want an even greater range of shopping and culture, you have Malmö about 40 minutes by car away. You have plenty of lakes and wonderful excursion places throughout Skåne and down to Österlen. It also makes this accommodation a great place if you are going fishing.
