This cottage is located on Oknö between Kalmar and Oskarshamn, in an incredibly beautiful coastal area with small idyllic resorts and inviting archipelago. Oknö is a large island with a bridge connection located outside Mönsterås, a very charming and popular holiday paradise. The cottage has a simple but nice and functional interior. Living room with comfortable sofa, fireplace and wall-mounted TV. The kitchen with the dining area is in open connection to the living room and via the kitchen you come out to a covered terrace. There are two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other a bunk bed. The bathroom was renovated in the 2000s and is equipped with toilet, shower and washing machine. From the living room you have access to a larger covered terrace with outdoor furniture and there is also a barbecue for preparing good meals. In the guest house next to the house there are two beds of a simpler standard. There is also a terrace that can be used. The plot is a natural plot with most pines and at the front there is a small lawn for various games and activities. The location of the house means that you have within short walking distance swimming opportunities on both sides of the island depending on weather and wind. At the campsite which is about 500 m from the house there is a restaurant if you do not want to cook your own food any day. There is also a larger beach with a jumping tower, tennis court and the opportunity to sauna and get Spa treatments. There are plenty of excursion destinations; Öland, Kalmar, Glasriket and Astrid Lindgren's World are just some of the places you can reach with a day trip by car. Or you can pay a visit to the adventure pool in Mönsterås.
