Welcome to a house with a wonderful sea view! The house was renovated in 1995 and is located high up and is not so suitable for those who have difficulty with many stairs. The house has its own jetty with a rowing boat which is included in the rent. Take the boat and row out and pull up a couple of perch and grill them on the patio grill. Go down and have a morning swim, or bring breakfast down and have it on the jetty. There are two houses on the plot; a larger one with a double room and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a washing machine, shower and WC here. A cozy balcony with exit from the living room. The double room has direct access to the balcony, fantastic to wake up to here, open the doors and enjoy the gentle summer breeze. The guest cabin was renovated in 2004 and is equipped with a double bed, shower and a vacuum toilet and a trinette if you want to make your morning coffee and sit on the small balcony and look out over the water. Grödinge has a lot to offer, nice hikes, good restaurants and a well-known café in Eldtomta. You can take the car ferry over to Mörkö from Skanssundet and experience the island. There is a nice beach nearby, in the Getryggen area. If you want to take a short day trip to Stockholm, it is 40 minutes away by car. It is also possible to take the commuter train from Södertälje to easily get to the capital. Bed linen is available for rent, towels are not available.
