A genuine and pleasant holiday home in an attractive location south of Falkenberg, close to the sea and with scenic surroundings. The lovely plot with blooming apple trees has room for all the family's activities. With only a short walk you will reach the sea with several different bathing beaches. In the spacious main cabin there is a comfortable sofa bed for two people, a modern Apple TV and free Wi-Fi and a dining table. The kitchen is modernly equipped and has a washing machine. One bedroom has a double bed (140cm) and one has a bunk bed. In the cottage there is a shower room and with the entrance outside by the entrance door there is a toilet. Facing the sea is a large, lovely terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture, dining table, barbecue and a hammock. The cottage is not rented out to youth groups. The cottage area is wonderfully scenic with proximity to two lovely beaches and a beautiful nature conservation area. The summer town of Falkenberg is only a short drive away. There are many nice little cafes, restaurants and shops here. The fine, large sandy beach at Skrea quickly fills up with bathers in the summer. Feel free to pay a visit to the small town of Slöinge, which has both a well-known bakery and café, an ice cream factory with service and a brewery with outdoor seating. For those interested in golf, Falkenbergs Gk is within easy reach. If you want to fish, there is good fishing both in Suseån and in Ätran. Fishing license required.
