Welcome to this modern and newly renovated house which is open all year round. From here you are close to lush forests, idyllic fishing villages, white sandy beaches and sparkling sea. In Sölvesborg there is plenty to discover! Maybe you dream of active outdoor life in enchantingly beautiful nature, or of wonderful, lazy days with sun and swimming. Or would you rather stroll along cozy cobbled streets, eat well and explore local cultural life? Then you should rent this house, because then you are close to everything. Sölvesborg is beautiful all year round! If you play golf, you must not miss the golf course, which is considered one of Sweden's best. You are not allowed to charge your electric car here. The house has a bright and open kitchen that is just newly renovated. There is a large living room for socializing and three bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, one has two single beds and the third has a sofa bed that can sleep two people in. You have a large and nice bathroom with shower and a smaller toilet. All amenities include dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, wifi and smart TV. Here you can live like at home! The house is located in a residential area with a large lovely garden with lawn. At the back there is a terrace with outdoor furniture, barbecue and afternoon sun. Since the house is only a few kilometers from the sea and Blekinge's beautiful archipelago, there are lots of different bathing places. A few smaller ones near the house and then also Sandviken which is perhaps the county's most popular sandy beach and is often called Blekinge's Riviera. With the kilometer-long white sandy beach and its child-friendly, shallow clear water, visitors are attracted from both near and far. Warm welcome!
