A simple holiday home with fine furnishings and a high cozy factor in Dödevi, located between Böda and Löttorp on Öland. Here you have walking distance to the sea with its beautiful, extensive beach meadows. You have a large plot with a lovely patio deck with outdoor furniture and barbecue where you can enjoy the nature. The living room is comfortably furnished with many comfortable armchairs and a sofa, there is also a fireplace and access to the balcony. (Own firewood included) You have two nice bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. Simpler kitchen with small oven and separate oven plates, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Bathroom with shower and wc. There is a nice fireplace in the garden which can be used when the ground is not too dry / a fire ban has not been issued. Please note: as the house has its own well and its owner thinks that the water does not have the same good taste/standard as regular tap water, it is recommended that the guest bring their own drinking water. However, the water works fine for cooking, washing dishes and showering. Bicycles (2 for adults, 2 for children) in existing condition may be used. You have Dödevi Strandängar's beautiful untouched beaches and the sea about 600m from the house. If you want bigger beaches, you don't even have a mile to Böda's white undulating dunes. It is 7 km to Löttorp with a grocery store, Systembolaget and a large selection of restaurants. Glabo Gokart & Paintball is nearby if you want some action, there are also electric cars here for the youngest guests. Lådbilslandet is also usually popular. Many of the campsites have restaurants, adventure golf and other activities for the children. In Byxelkrok (1.6 miles) you can stroll around the small shops in the lake cabins down by the harbor or enjoy good food at one of the fine restaurants. There are incredibly beautiful pebble beaches here. Also take the opportunity to taste Öland's body cakes, which are a local specialty.
