Lovely holiday home in cozy Figeholm where you can see the sea sparkling beautifully just 110m away. You have a balcony with outdoor furniture next to the nice glazed conservatory, here you can enjoy lovely meals in a nice environment. In the garden to the side of the house there is another nice patio deck with a barbecue area. The house is bright and pleasant and has an open living room with a dining area and living room furniture in front of the fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and here you have most of what you might need. You have two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed. The house has a fully equipped bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine which is accessed via a separate door with outside entrance. Easier swimming opportunities are available 300m away and there is also a larger swimming area and campsite 600m away. You are close to padel courts (outdoors), outdoor gym, soccer field, mini golf, boules court and exercise loop. The Ostkustleden is close by for those who want to move and experience the fantastic nature. If you want to explore the archipelago at sea, you can rent a boat and paddleboards at Figeholms Marina. About 1km from the cottage there is a grocery store and a restaurant/pizzeria next to the harbor. Along the coast there are many small, charming coastal villages such as Rock paint. The nearest town is Oskarshamn with shopping, restaurants, cafes and nice bathing spots. In summer, you can also take the ferry over to wonderful Byxelkrok on Öland. There are also day trips by boat to the mythical island of the Blue Virgin. 50km north of Figeholm there is also the summer town of Västervik, which is well worth a visit. For the younger ones, a visit to Astrid Lindgren's World and the moose park in Wirum is usually popular.
