Nice cottage with associated newly built annex, located on Revsudden by Lindö Nature Reserve where you can enjoy wonderful nature and nice bathing places. You have a large patio deck that connects the houses, where you can enjoy the nice outdoor furniture. In the annex there is a bedroom with a bunk bed and a double sofa bed in the open living room. There is also a kitchenette, dining furniture and a fresh bathroom with shower. The large cottage's kitchen is newly renovated and fresh. In the open combined dining room / living room you have patio doors to the nice terrace. The TV in the main house has a Viasat TV range. There are 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed, the others with a family bunk bed each. The toilet is newly renovated and fresh. From the front of the house you have a view of Lindö Nature Reserve which offers fantastic nature with 2 wonderful nature trails to walk. All seasons have their charm, spring with all blue anemones and white anemones, summer with lush treetops and autumn with its beautiful colors. There is a new nice outdoor gym and playground that you see from the house, so perfect place to let the kids play for free in a wonderful environment. The nearest beach Lindö is 1 km away, there is a forest road you can follow to get here. A beautiful sandy beach Enerevet is 2km away. There is a lot of beauty to explore on Revsudden with its forest and coastal environment, here is Kalmar's highest point Alkullaberget where you can enjoy a magical view. Canoe and kayak rentals are available for those who want to explore Kalmar Sound. You only have 20min to Kalmar where there is a large culture / shopping / restaurant offer. Do not miss Kalmar Castle. For children, Skälby Gård is usually popular with its animals and playgrounds. You also have the sun and the island of the winds Öland which is well worth a visit. Here is Ölands Zoo with its animals, its amusement park and water park.
