If you have high demands on a holiday home, this architect-designed house located 90 meters from Mälaren should be something for you. You have a magical panoramic view out towards Lake Mälaren from the large terrace that runs along the body of the house and merges into the pool area, which is located between the main house and the guest house. The houses are built with high demands on materials and function. The main house has an open floor plan with large entrance doors made entirely of glass that provide a lovely flow of light. Continuous stone floor with underfloor heating throughout the house. Open kitchen with lovely kitchen island with built-in wine fridge, a large gas stove that has space for large pots. The dining area is positioned so that you have direct access to the terrace and can enjoy the view of Lake Mälaren. A comfortable sofa group and streaming TV are available for lazy evenings. You have a master bedroom with direct access to the pool area as well as two further bedrooms that are equipped with bunk beds with a double bed 140cm as the lower bunk. One of these rooms has direct access to the pool. A bathroom and another toilet room as well as a laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer. The guest house has four beds in site-built bunk beds and there is a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. The bathroom, which is very tastefully built, also has a sauna that can hold about six people. The plot is built in different terraces with a lot of steps, which makes it a challenge if you have small children with you. You are within cycling distance to beautiful Mariefred, which in summer is a gem with many restaurants and cafes. A visit to Mariefred Castle can be highly recommended. Good to know is that the house has surveillance cameras on the outside of the house for security reasons. These are closed when the house is booked. There are no cameras inside the house.
